3. Free of charge
The use of our services is free of charge. We do not apply any surcharges, such as booking fees, on top of the room price.
4. Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your booking, simply follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail. The cancellation terms and conditions are set out in the confirmation e-mail. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline or fail to turn up (no show), a cancellation charge will apply, usually equal to the amount of one night's stay.
